Mohamad
W. Khouja

Dr. Khouja works with
the senior management of Wafra in communicating the strategic
goals and in their implementation. He conducts global economic assessments
and positions Wafra and its investment products to best capitalize
on the current domestic and international environments. Dr. Khouja
is also responsible for deploying the firm's investments and using
such investments towards the development of new Wafra products.
Dr. Khouja was previously
senior advisor to the Kuwait Real Estate Investment Consortium from
1982-1987. He has also been economic advisor, Kuwait Fund for Arab
Economic Development from 1969-1982; Associate Professor, Oklahoma
State University from 1966-1971; and member of the IMF-World Bank
Task Force on Foreign Direct Investment in Developing Countries
from 1978-1980 and member of the IMF-World Bank Task Force on Non-Concessional
Flows to Emerging Countries from 1980-1981. Dr. Khouja holds a BS
in Business Administration and a MS in Economics from Indiana University
and a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Anthony
G. Barbuto
Chief Financial Officer |
Mr. Barbuto is responsible
for firm-wide financial reporting and monitoring. Mr. Barbuto also
has financial and administrative oversight over each Wafra Division
and works with the chief executive officer and the senior management
of the firm in establishing firm policies. He is also responsible
for coordinating the development of new products with the head of
each Wafra Division.
Prior to joining Wafra, Mr.
Barbuto served as vice president and treasurer of Lambert Brussels
Capital Corporation from 1982 and oversaw the operations of various
subsidiary companies. Mr. Barbuto was also with Pannell Kerr Forster,
an international public accounting firm, from 1978, where he left
as a manager in 1982. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Barbuto holds a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University.
