The Private Asset Management Division (“PAM”) manages a number of different investment portfolios. Each portfolio is individually tailored to meet specific goals and objectives and can take positions in privately held and/or publicly traded securities. Investors typically require specialized investment vehicles for proprietary investments.
Its portfolios include investments in a range of opportunities including private equity and credit fund of funds, mezzanine investments, portfolio securities, and real estate investment funds.
PAM can also assist clients with monitoring of client investment portfolios by providing a “local interface” with US, European and Asian investment managers.
PAM has been investing, managing and administering private equity fund of funds for approximately 20 years. Currently, PAM is responsible for many such products, having invested in over 100 funds represented by numerous different general partners. In addition, PAM is responsible for investing and managing two mezzanine products that participate in debt and subordinated debt opportunities in the US and Europe.
