Michael D. Goodman is a Vice President at Wafra. Mr. Goodman has twenty years of experience with middle-market companies as a private equity professional, subordinated and senior lender. Prior to joining Wafra, Mr. Goodman was a Principal at Equinox Investment Partners, a private investment firm making mezzanine and equity investments. Prior to that he was a Vice President and Senior Originator of leveraged finance at Chase Manhattan Bank.
He earned his MBA from New York University and a BS in Economics from Cornell University.

Eric Norfleet is a Vice President at Wafra. Mr. Norfleet has twenty years of experience with middle-market companies as a private equity professional and investment banker. Prior to joining Wafra, Mr. Norfleet was a Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance in New York, where he founded and led the financial sponsors group. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice President in the M&A group at the Bank of Tokyo and an associate in the M&A group at Samuel Montagu, both in New York. Mr. Norfleet began his career in the management training program at Midland Bank PLC, the parent company of Samuel Montagu, in New York.
