The Private Asset Management Division manages a number of different investment portfolios for Wafra clients - Each portfolio, which is individually tailored to meet the goals and objectives of a specific investor, can take positions in privately held and/or publicly traded securities.

Investors are typically international financial institutions that require specialized investment vehicles for their clients or proprietary investments abroad.

Its portfolios include investments in a range of opportunities including financial services, industrial properties, hotels, investment funds, portfolio securities, venture capital and real estate - These investments are held in direct equity, publicly traded equity and private debt forms.

In certain cases, Private Asset Management assists Gulf state institutions by monitoring their investment portfolios by providing a "local interface" with both United States and European money managers.
