| Paul A. Mackin is senior vice president of the Private Asset Management Division and is responsible for their policies & strategic direction. Before joining Wafra, he spent six years at Drexel Burnham Lambert Realty, Inc. where he was a vice president and four years at Pannell Kerr Forster, an international public accounting firm. Mr. Mackin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He has been associated with Wafra since 1990. Mr. Mackin has a BA in accounting from Manhattan College. |

| Richard Tateossian is a vice president with the Private Asset Management Division where he is a manager of several private equity fund of funds and a venture capital fund. He joined Wafra in December 1993. Mr. Tateossian holds a BA in Finance from Boston University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University Graduate Business School. |

| Michael Fong is a vice president whose focus is technology infrastructure startup investing and emerging market securities analysis. Previously, he was a director of research at Triton Partners, a fund management company, and managing member of Impala Capital, a hedge fund. Prior to that he was a senior trader at Lazard Freres for the emerging markets fixed income desk. Mr. Fong has over 16 years of experience in the securities industry. He holds a BS and MS in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Stanford University. |

| Mary Ellen Martir, the Private Asset Management controller, is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of companies managed by the Private Asset Management Division. She was formerly chief accountant with Drexel Burnham Lambert Realty, Inc. Ms. Martir has been associated with Wafra since 1991. She has a degree in accounting from Pace University. |
