Position: Administrative Assistant

Reports to: CEO Office

Department/Position Summary:

The Alternative Investments Division (“AID”) manages approximately $17 billion and invests across various mandates that span financial services private equity, alternative real estate, infrastructure, private credit, liquid alternatives and other opportunistic investments related to financial services and real assets.

This position will provide heavy administrative support to the CEO Office as well as AID. Administrative support including but not limited to: daily operations, calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, expense reports, new hires, and ad-hoc projects while contributing to the synergy of the team and Wafra

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Administrative Team on all matters
  • Provide administrative support to AID
  • Assist the CEO Office with client requests/various tasks/ad-hoc projects
  • Calendar management and organization; coordinate internal and external meetings across global time zones to ensure successful execution of meetings
  • Meeting preparation (greeting guests, preparing materials, follow-ups, etc.)
  • Coordinate intricate travel arrangements for frequent domestic and international travel
  • Prepare for frequent client-based trips and visits throughout the year
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • 1-3 years’ experience in a corporate administrative support position
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Exhibits confidence and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes
  • Experience managing complex calendars, schedules and travel
  • Team player with a positive, can-do, no task is too small attitude
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Availability to be responsive after hours and on weekends when needed

A good faith estimate of the Base Salary Range is: $65,000-$80,000 with the possibility for a discretionary bonus.
