Position:  Front Office Receptionist

Reports to:  Global Head of Office Management

Position Description:

The Office Management Team is a group of dynamic individuals who support the daily functions of the Wafra office and provide top level service for both internal employees and outside guests.

The Front Office role supports the firm and streamlines employees in-office experiences, in addition to acting as the first point of contact for guests and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage firm’s central phone system, answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Greet guests and escort them accordingly
  • Utilize Outlook by entering and editing meetings
  • Manage and organize the Corporate Meeting calendars
  • Order lunches and refreshments for meetings
  • Assist with the set up or clearing of lunches and company events as needed
  • Coordinate in-office delivery of packages (FedEx, UPS, Courier, etc.)
  • Input guests into building security system
  • Handle various customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Perform other ad-hoc requests


  • Prior experience in a similar office capacity
  • High School diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Team player with collaborative attitude
  • Self-starter with ability to handle tasks with minimal instruction
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, extremely personable
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly organized and adaptable
  • Can-do and no task is too small attitude is crucial
