Position: Senior Associate

Reports to: Vice President

Position Summary:

The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing business support within the Operations department. The prevailing responsibilities for this role will include undertaking daily, weekly
and monthly operational activities to support servicing of hedge and private equity funds. The Senior Associate will also be responsible for other miscellaneous operational tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather, input, and analyze daily performance estimates received from various sources
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance estimates
  • Update front end reporting systems with estimated and final performance returns on monthly basis
  • Track and monitor month end trading activity and respective deliverables
  • Process trade tickets, trade settlements and reconciliations for publicly traded investment products
  • Research and resolve trade related issues
  • Liaise with brokers, custodians and administrators to ensure proper system set up and accuracy of trade records
  • Assist with onboarding of new funds, entities and counterparties
  • Partner with internal lines of business and external third-party service providers to complete regular and ad hoc requests
  • Actively contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices


  • BA/BS degree
  • A minimum of 3-5 years prior public/private trade settlements experience
  • Experience working with investment products (custody fund of funds, equities, fixed income, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of Bloomberg solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team player who possesses the ability to work both independently and with others throughout the firm
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Positive demeanor and highly self-motivated
