Position: Valuations Vice President/ Senior Associate

Reports to: Director of Valuations

Department/Position Summary:

Wafra pursues excellence in all areas of its operations and activities; the Wafra Operations Department (“Operations”) and Valuations Team is no exception. The Operations team is currently comprised of approximately forty CPAs, CFAs, and Finance professionals with significant prior experience that includes leading financial institutions and Big Four accounting firms who collectively make up a diverse and dynamic team. The Operations team provides services to the firm’s investors and investment teams, including Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting, Investment Valuation, Investor Services, Middle Office, and Trade Processing, Settlement and Reconciliation.

Wafra is currently seeking a motivated Senior Associate or Vice President to join the existing team and to take ownership of a subset of the quarterly valuations for certain Wafra products. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in analysis, presentation, communication, and working cross-functionally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and prepare valuation support (income and market) for Wafra investments
• Collaborate with investment teams to understand original underwriting and ongoing considerations Collect key metrics from investment contacts (CFOs, coos) to track performance and understand status of operating initiatives
• Present valuation results regularly to Wafra executives and key investors
• Collaborate with investment teams to develop qualitative updates for inclusion in client and management reporting
• Implement processes and controls to improve valuation and reporting standards Work closely with third parties and auditors to present and support valuations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience in corporate finance role, some valuation experience a plus Deep understanding of private equity business model
• BS/BA/MBA in finance, accounting or related field
• CFA or CFA candidate preferred
• Strong Excel skills and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Team-oriented approach to work
