This Class A office building asset — offering approximately 188,000 rentable square feet is conveniently situated immediately off of Highways 92 and 101 in San Mateo, California. The asset was acquired by Wafra on behalf of its client in July of 2016.

TowerBrook

Wafra invested in TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. in 2015, leveraging a long-standing relationship with the firm. TowerBrook is an investment management firm with excess of $15 billion of assets under management as of March 30, 2021 (Form ADV) and a track record of creating value for investors. The firm is headquartered in New York and London and focuses on making investments in European and North American companies.
