Erin Patterson

Erin Patterson is a Director of Real Estate Research & Strategy at Wafra, responsible for executing and maintaining a Research & Strategy platform in support of the Wafra Real Estate team, fund and portfolio investments. Ms. Patterson’s focus is driving a comprehensive and multidisciplinary investment strategy and “House View” for Wafra Real Estate as well as a vetted investment research process that advances acquisitions of assets in strategic alignment with investment criteria. Ms. Patterson also sits on Investment Committee for the Real Estate Department.

Previously, Ms. Patterson was a Senior Vice President at JLL, where she led and managed engagements with major global corporate occupiers in real estate portfolio transformation; workplace strategy, including hybrid workplace strategy, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies in the workplace; real estate/facilities program management and governance; and real estate organization transformation. She also managed principal and investor-side engagements that included real estate investment/portfolio strategy, feasibility analysis and market impact studies. Prior to JLL, Ms. Patterson worked at DWS where she was responsible for leading research and strategy for office investments across the US.

Ms. Patterson earned a BA in Art History from Binghampton University, and an MSc. in Urban Planning from The London School of Economics. She is a LEED Green Associate and member of ULI.
