Nathan Kim is a Director at Wafra, responsible for the oversight and management of various alternative real estate assets. Mr. Kim joined Wafra in 2015 and currently serves on the board of Rocket MOB JV.
Previously, Mr. Kim was a General Manager at Samsung Life Insurance in Korea, responsible for leading overseas real estate Investments in the North America and Europe. Before that, Mr. Kim was a Transaction Manager at the Hampshire Companies. With over 20 years of work experience, Mr. Kim completed over $3.3 billion in transactions.
Mr. Kim earned a MDes in Real Estate and Urban Development from Harvard University and a BS in Architectural Engineering and a MArch in Architecture from Sungkunkwan University in Seoul, Korea.
