Sulman Bhatti is a Director at Wafra focusing on the structuring, organization and operation of Wafra’s investment funds, as well as the day-to-day legal matters of the firm.
Previously, Mr. Bhatti was an Associate in the investment management practice at Schulte, Roth & Zabel. He started his career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he advised clients on public and private M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Bhatti earned a BA, cum laude, from Columbia University and a JD from Columbia Law School.
