Evan S. Roth is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Acquisition at Wafra. Mr. Roth serves on Wafra’s real estate investment committee and is responsible for overseeing asset selection, sourcing, execution, and due diligence of real estate investments in the multifamily, industrial, office, retail and hospitality sectors across North America

Mr. Roth joined Wafra in 2020 and has over 17 years of real estate investment experience. Previously, Mr. Roth held positions at CBRE Global Investors and Invesco Real Estate where he was responsible for sourcing and executing US real estate investments in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions of the US.

Evan earned a bachelor’s degree from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and a master’s degree from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
