Ms. Davis is a Managing Director – Governance of WFMS and serves as Corporate Secretary for Wafra’s Bermuda entities. Ms. Davis is responsible for the governance and compliance functions at WFMS, which also includes Wafra’s Entity Central support functions. Prior to joining WFMS in 2016, Ms. Davis was employed as Senior Compliance Officer at Mitsubishi UFJ Fund Services following its acquisition in 2014 of Meridian Fund Services (Bermuda) Limited, an independent fund administration company with offices in New York, Canada and Bermuda.

Ms. Davis was the Chief Risk Officer of Meridian Group in 2014 and during her 13 years with Meridian was responsible for all aspects of the governance and compliance functions, including establishment of the corporate secretarial team, implementation and execution of the compliance and risk framework, and served as the Corporate Secretary for the Meridian entities and its hedge fund clients. Prior to that Ms. Davis held various positions in the financial services industry including Treasurer/Accountant at PRP Performa Securities Ltd, an independent investment management firm in Bermuda, and for 11 years as Corporate Secretary at Exxon Financial Services Limited, now ExxonMobil. Ms. Davis has over 25 years’ experience in the corporate secretarial, compliance, and operations fields within financial services, including 15 years in alternative funds.
