Calvin Kang is a Director at Wafra focusing on real estate asset management. He oversees the strategy and performance of portfolios and leads property valuations for the firm’s traditional real estate strategies.

Since joining Wafra in 2015, he has executed a wide range of acquisitions and financings across multiple property types before transitioning to asset management in 2023. Previously, he worked in the Overseas Alternative Investments Group at Korea Life Insurance, where he invested in real estate funds and co-investments.

Mr. Kang holds a BS and MS in Real Estate from New York University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder.
