Sean Villa is a Director, focusing on Wafra’s strategic partnership investment mandates in both established and next generation asset management businesses. While at Wafra, Mr. Villa has completed several direct minority investments in alternative asset management firms, GP financings, secondary private equity investments as well as investments within closed end funds.

Mr. Villa began his career in investment banking at England Securities focused on mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Mr. Villa earned a BS from Johns Hopkins University.
